As an avid X-Phile as we were called, I watched The X-Files in its entirety from the premiere, sitting alone in my teenage bedroom with a glow in the dark sticker constellation above me, lights off, no interruptions. And though I loved every monster story, conspiracy theory, and history of agents past, I can't think of a stronger love and friendship than between Agents Mulder and Scully.
